Residential Products Revenue
The revenue from residential products exhibited a consistent upward trajectory throughout the analyzed period. Starting at $870.4 million in 2017, it experienced steady growth, reaching $1.04 billion in 2018 and $1.14 billion in 2019. This growth accelerated in subsequent years, with revenues increasing to $1.56 billion in 2020 and sharply rising to $2.46 billion in 2021, indicating strong demand or successful market expansion in this segment.
Commercial & Industrial Products Revenue
The commercial and industrial products segment showed a more variable pattern. Revenues increased from $685.1 million in 2017 to $820.3 million in 2018 and slightly to $871.6 million in 2019. However, in 2020, there was a notable decline to $701.8 million, which was then followed by a recovery to $999.0 million in 2021. This fluctuation may reflect market volatility, operational challenges, or cyclical factors impacting this segment.
Other Revenue
The 'Other' revenue category demonstrated consistent growth over the period. It increased from $117.0 million in 2017 to $160.5 million in 2018, then to $189.0 million in 2019. Further increases were noted in 2020 and 2021, reaching $227.0 million and $281.4 million, respectively. This steady rise suggests incremental contributions from ancillary products or services.
Net Sales
Overall net sales showed a robust upward trend from $1.67 billion in 2017 to $2.02 billion in 2018, then to $2.20 billion in 2019. The growth continued to $2.49 billion in 2020. In 2021, net sales surged significantly to $3.74 billion, driven predominantly by the strong performance of the residential products segment. This marked growth highlights an overall expansion of the company’s market presence and revenue-generating capability.
