We guarantee the protection of our user's interest in conformity with the highest world standards.
Consequently we observe the following principles:

Access to analyses

Never and under no circumstances do we agree to deliver analysis results to any third parties before they are provided to the users.

Equality of users' rights

Each user is provided results of analyses at the same time.

A similar principle governs sending notifications by way of electronic mail.

Information confidentiality protection

Prior to the publication, results of analyses prepared by EBIT Financial Analyses Center are treated internally as confidential information and are subject to special protection.

We limit the number of persons granted access to the results of analyses prior to their publication to the necessary minimum.

Persons preparing the analyses or having access to their results are bound by the confidentiality obligation, and in particular:

• by the obligation to keep business secret. This means that prior to the publication they may not inform third parties of the results of analyses conducted or comment on them,
• by the obligation to refrain from any and all purchase or sale transactions relating to stock in question and from commissioning third parties with their execution during the period from receiving the results of analyses to two days before their publication on the internet.

Exclusion of liability

The analyses and valuations of EBIT Financial Analyses Center do not contain information recommending or suggesting undertaking specific investment actions in relation to specified financial instruments or any issuer of financial instruments.

Whatever our clients undertake on the basis of our analyses and valuations, they do so at their sole responsible.

The forecasts contained in this service constitute only assessments of the real values resulting from the application of financial and econometric models.

Despite the fact that models are factually correct, EBIT Financial Analyses Center does not guarantee the execution of the published forecasts.
